This year's National Fitness Day has set up multiple national main venues in Beijing, Jilin, Shanghai, Shandong, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Ningxia, and other regions. The first national main venue event was held on August 1st in Ziyang, Sichuan. The national fitness initiative was launched on site, and the award ceremony for the "My Fitness Story" prize collection activity was held. Many works recorded the stories of people actively participating in sports to welcome the Chengdu World Games, highlighting that the event is an important platform for promoting national fitness and cultivating sports culture.

In addition, sports venues and public sports facilities within the region are open to the public for free on National Fitness Day across the country. In Chengdu, 42 sports venues, including the Jinniu Sports Center, are open for free. Scientific fitness guidance, national physical fitness monitoring, and sports science popularization activities will also be held one after another to improve the scientific literacy of the public.

The subsequent utilization of large-scale event venues has always been highly valued, not only serving the needs of the events, but also focusing on the long-term well-being of post event national fitness. Beijing, known as the "Double Olympic City," has left behind Olympic legacies such as the Bird's Nest, Water Cube, and Wukesong Gymnasium, integrating sports, culture, commerce, leisure, and social functions to enhance the sense of achievement and happiness of the people.

The 27 competition venues of the Chengdu World Games are all renovated or temporary. After the competition, each venue will be opened to the public in an orderly manner. All purchased competition equipment will also be used for sports training, youth talent cultivation, national fitness, and professional event preparation. If the venue center of Chengdu Sport University hosts diving and other sports competitions, the LED screens and professional lighting systems used will directly serve the daily physical education teaching of the school after the competition, achieving "one-time investment, long-term benefits".
